A little weak at QB, B-/C+. RB is an A if Johnson doesn’t get killed and Parker holds up. WR are a B-, Moss, Burress and Glenn are all nursing little BS injuries, but if they are all nicked, you are in big trouble. K is fine, A. DEF is also an A.
Overall B grade. Best thing you could do is to trade Benson, who has never shown the ability to stay healthy or handle a starting role, for another good WR. Maybe package Benson and one of your nicked WR’s for a healthy, proven WR and a “lesser” back. I would look to see who has RB’s like Lamont Jordan and Adrian Peterson (MIN) as starters, or an ATL RB (that team is a MESS) and pick your WR candidate there. If you could get a decent WR and Adrian Peterson for, say, Jordan or Portis and Glenn - do it now. And if the guy who has Ladell Betts is loaded at WR, go at him hard - handcuffing Portis to Betts is a no-lose, but people are overpaying for Betts in drafts because they think Portis is gonna go down early.
