Fantasy football team? what do you think?

Overall B grade. Best thing you could do is to trade Benson, who has never shown the ability to stay healthy or handle a starting role, for another good WR. Maybe package Benson and one of your nicked WR’s for a healthy, proven WR and a “lesser” back. I would look to see who has RB’s like Lamont Jordan and Adrian Peterson (MIN) as starters, or an ATL RB (that team is a MESS) and pick your WR candidate there. If you could get a decent WR and Adrian Peterson for, say, Jordan or Portis and Glenn - do it now. And if the guy who has Ladell Betts is loaded at WR, go at him hard - handcuffing Portis to Betts is a no-lose, but people are overpaying for Betts in drafts because they think Portis is gonna go down early.

Can I sue the government for forcing me to attend AA classes that are against my religious beliefs?

Yes you can, and it has been done before. Read the link for information about a man who sued in federal court for exactly that reason and was allowed to quit attending. “The County argues further that the nonsectarian nature of the A.A. experience immunizes its use of religious symbolism and practices from Establishment Clause scrutiny. The argument is at the very least factually misleading, for the evidence showed that every meeting included at least one explicitly Christian Prayer. Furthermore, the claim that nonsectarian religious exercise falls outside the First Amendment’s scrutiny has been repeatedly rejected by the Supreme Court.”

The US Supreme Court let the decision stand without hearing the case. Unfortunately for you (I assume) the action sets no legal precedent and does not omit the possibility that in future cases this or another high court may revisit the issues raised in Robert Warner’s case. But you can sue, and take it from there.

I am risking a lot of flak for saying this, but obesity is the most common eating disorder, and a ton of americans have this disorder, including a larger percentage of the children in our country. We are raising people to be fat consumers and victims of health problems.

Male models, actors and musicians are also anorectics at times, pressured to keep a thin figure because they are often in the spotlight. Famous ones? Probably, and I’ve even heard of some, but don’t make an effort to remember those kind of things. It’s their problem - I have my own. (Not with weight, with other stuff).

my girlfriend is getting fatter, but still love her dearly and love the way she looks, am i sweet?

Yes, you’re kinda sweet. If you don’t like what is becoming of her, then make plans with her to go for walks, bike riding, hiking etc. Do things like that with her instead of going to the movies (sitting down eating buttery popcorn) and going out to eat. In addition, if you guys hang out […]

If you don’t like what is becoming of her, then make plans with her to go for walks, bike riding, hiking etc. Do things like that with her instead of going to the movies (sitting down eating buttery popcorn) and going out to eat. In addition, if you guys hang out together a lot be sure to watch your eating habits too. For example, if the two of you hang out late— any time after 9 o’clock -please- do not eat pizza and drink soda in front of her. I say that because if she is around you, then she will more than likely eat with you and will get fatter.

So, if you help her, help her self by not deteriorating into a fat and more than likely unhappy person, then you will be able to think of your self as sweet. Although you are already kinda sweet because you still love her and you are not so shallow to leave just because she picked up a couple of pounds.

Good luck!!! :-)

Big Mistake on 2005 Tax Return - Please Help - Expertise Needed?

If you did NQ options, your W-2 does NOT have the gross proceeds but it does have the net gain (Difference between the sales price and option price). A 1099B was probably sent to the IRS. They are thinking you did not report a significant stock sale. The Box 12 code will not do […]

A 1099B was probably sent to the IRS. They are thinking you did not report a significant stock sale. The Box 12 code will not do anything. What you need to do is complete a Schedule D.

You need to do an amended return including a 2005 Sch D. Show the gross sales price LESS the trade fees as the net selling amount. Show the gross sales price as your cost. (The gain is in your W-2 so your cost for Sch D purposes is that gain plus the option cost; the gross sales figure). Show the purchase and sale dates as the date of exercises. Use “NQ stock option sale” as the description.

Because of the fees you actually should get a refund.

my female betta im thinking its sick?

This is normal behavior for a betta fish! Many bettas just like to hang out near the top of their tank because it’s easier for them to breathe the air at the surface, mine do this all the time. If you want her to move around more you could try putting her with some other fish, maybe get her a male betta boyfriend :-)

EDIT:

in response to Miko above me, about the part that says “!!!!!!!DO NOT GET HER A MALE!!!” Male betta fish are NOT aggressive fish!!! This is a common misconception, male bettas are ONLY aggressive towards OTHER MALE BETTAS! They get along just fine with female Bettas and other fish. I know this not only because I own 3 males and 2 females, but also because it’s all over the internet if you look up any info about betta fish.

“A warrior by nature, their aggressive behavior appears to stem from the male Bettas need to protect his territory. For this reason, males should be kept separate at all times. However, both male and female Bettas adapt well to community tanks, provided that there is only one male Betta in residence.”

“Bettas are also still used for fighting in many countries, leading to another misconception that Bettas are an aggressive fish that cannot be housed with other fish.”

Hope this helps to clarify things.

in the name geforce 8500gt the gt actually stands for gigatonne,a metric measure of mass ,which is why the gt is more powerful than the gs
however the gs stands for general speed, and this is reflected in their speed difference with the gt
then on to the difference between the two cards, the 8500gt has better clock and memory speeds.although the video memory is the same and the stream processors(used to be called “pixel pipelines” in the 5,6 and 7 series of nvidia cards)are more in the gt than the gs
the gtx is basically a supercharged version of a gt,and also the gtx ultra, such as the geforce 8800gtx ultra is normally the fastest card in that family
although gs cards are normally scorned at they are actually quite good,ok the clock speeds are not as fast as the gt or gtx but if your using the card for watching videos and playing less demanding games these are ideal
i hope this helps
good luck mate!

I live in bimmer land, I drive a Mercedes.

I would never by a used BMW, unless I knew the history of the car very well. BMW are heat sensitive and unforgiving, and parts and labor are not cheap even here in Bavaria.

If the services are done and the car is taken care of then it should not be too great of a risk. I would have a knowledgeable mechanic check it out.

The 5 series tend to rust around the jack points, strut towers and body drains. Rear axle bushings wear out fast and are not easy to replace. And the ultimate BMW killer is heat, and timing belt. The aluminum head tends to crack and warp, not to mention the head gasket failings, and religiously change the timing belt. I always check the head to see if it has been replaced, gobs of permitex on the head gasket is not a sign of confidence. The cooling fan tends to go out and again can cause overheating problems.

I have over 200 BMWs in the junk yard, On average I get 3 BMW’s a week. I have rarely found a BMW with over 250000kms and the original engine.

Good luck.

Do the dot drill that will get your agility sky high.
Jump on a box that is about as high as your your thighs.
This is what you do you jump of on it with your two fit at the same time and quickly jump back down do that for a minute and rest for a minute and do it again that really helped me out for football juking and stuff.

For the dot drill there are 5 dots on the floor this is how they should look like

o o
- o -
o o

The outer to should be a little bit more then shoulder with apart

What you do is jump from the back to the middle (with both feet) to the back do a 180 and do it again (do that for 90 seconds)

Another one is you put both your feet on the left lower one then got to the right lower on to the middle on to the upper left one to the upper right one and jump back to the middle one and start all over again

Then the last one that I remember doing is just like the first one but instead of doing a 180 you just go backwards.

But you have to do it as fast as you can so you can increas agility.

Good Luck

The picture on the dot drill the the middle dot is suppose to be in the middle. Y!A is just being dumb
